Will you be our new accounting assistant? You are the financial wizard responsible for the accounting management of the buildings. This means that you are responsible for booking the invoices and making the payments. In addition, you take care of the building settlements and manage the reserve capital. You closely monitor the co-owners’ payments and are responsible for debtor management. Each year, you analyse the preparation of the budget for the buildings.
You work closely with the building managers. You share your insights and you help where necessary. Customers can also come to you for questions! So customer service is really a priority for you!
