As office manager, you organise and lead the team that is responsible for the technical, financial and administrative management of cooperation of co-owners in the Antwerp-North region, within a growing portfolio of more than 300 co-owned buildings.
You guide, coach and motivate the members of your team. You encourage their personal development and provide them with ongoing training. You are responsible for the complete people management from recruitment to evaluation.
In addition, you are responsible for the general planning and organisation of the office. You monitor the results of the team and make sure they contribute in the right way to the predefined objectives of the office and our organisation. You are the communication link between the office and the employees. And with the management on the other hand.
Finally, you are responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the group policy at office level, and you actively think about improvement actions and follow up market developments.
You will be joining a young and driven team of about 10 colleagues. The office in North Antwerp is a valued partner with an interesting building portfolio in the vicinity of the office.
You work independently and take final responsibility for your office, where you get the chance to develop yourself in this position. You will receive support and training from the service centre and guidance from the regional manager.
