An EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is mandatory when renting out. A rejected or dangerous installation can lead to liability in the event of damage or an accident. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Is a certificate of conformity mandatory?<\/strong><br\/>That depends on the municipality. In some cities and municipalities, a certificate of conformity is mandatory before you are allowed to rent out.
