Kalitero is an entity within the Parte group responsible for collaboration with suppliers and partners, such as energy, maintenance, and technical services. Kalitero supports and streamlines this collaboration, ensuring that agreements are clear and follow-up is efficient.

Important: Kalitero does not make decisions on behalf of the Owners Association. The Property Manager and the co-owners always retain full control over choices and decisions. Kalitero facilitates, but you decide!
