As a property manager, you are the pivotal figure and ultimately responsible for managing your building portfolio. You take care of the follow-up of the buildings, taking care of the maintenance and repairs, administrative processing of files, legal procedures and also damage cases. You monitor the financial management with accounting, prepare the budget and develop a vision in the cooperation of co-owners.
At the Annual General Meeting, you are an important added value. You inform, advise and guide the owners. But also beyond that, you take care of your customers when unforeseen problems arise.
Finally, you ensure smooth communication with all parties involved, especially the owners. You think about how we can better support them and you are always pro-active in their way of thinking.
