Parte North Antwerp has its origins in the former Verhelst Beheer, an office with strong local roots and years of experience in the management of co-properties. As a pioneer within the Parte group, Parte North Antwerp helped lay the foundations for the further expansion and professionalization of the entire organization.
Today, the office has grown into an established name in the region, with a diverse portfolio of approximately 450 buildings, ranging from smaller Owners Associations to large and complex apartment buildings.
From our base in Sint-Job-in-'t-Goor, we are active in a wide region: from the northern outskirts of Antwerp to Hoogstraten, and from Kontich via Niel to Hemiksem.

Our strength lies in a stable and experienced team of about twelve managers and six accountants and assistants. Together, we possess broad and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Owners Association management, ensuring that technical, legal, and financial files are always followed up correctly and thoughtfully.
