Parte manages the largest and most complex buildings and residences in Belgium. That experience has taught us what professional property management truly requires: accurate accounting, strong administrative follow-up, well-organized general meetings, and above all, a Property Manager who takes responsibility when issues arise.
Those same needs also exist in smaller buildings. An Owners Association with four, six, or eight apartments has just as much need for correct accounting, a general meeting, administrative follow-up, and someone who ensures that problems are addressed. The responsibility of a Property Manager remains significant, even when the number of units is limited.
